Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin (CAPSH) – CAPSH provides services to low income people in suburban Hennepin County. Services include, but are not limited to, energy assistance programs, home ownership and loss prevention, budget counseling, emergency assistance and more.

Community Action Program (CAP) – CAP serves the residents of Scott, Carver, and Dakota Counties.

Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) – CEAP serves the following cities: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, East Champlin -east of 169.

Christians Reaching Out in Social Service (CROSS) -CROSS serves the following cities: Osseo, Maple Grove, W. Champlin, Rogers, Dayton, Hanover,Corcoran, and Hassen.

Family & Children’s Service (FCS) – FCS serves residents of Hennepin County.

Hopkins Area Family Resource Center (HFRC) -HFRC serves Hopkins and Minnetonka.

Intercongregational Communities Association (ICA) – ICA serves the following areas; Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Shorewood and Woodland. 952-938-0729

Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners (IOCP) – IOCP serves the following cities; Wayzata, W. Plymouth, Long Lake, Orono, Hamel, Medina, and Medicine Lake.

North Suburban Emergency Assistance Response (NEAR) – NEAR serves North of 42nd Avenue in New Hope, Crystal and Robbinsdale.  763-533-2836

St. Louis Park Emergency Program (STEP) – STEP serves the residents of St. Louis Park.

Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP) – VEAP serves the following cities; Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, a portion of Minneapolis which is south of 50th Street and west of Cedar Avenue.
